CANCELLATION FEES
CANCELLATION CHARGES (FOR SERVICES NOT INCLUDING BANK HOLIDAYS):
If cancelled within 24h of the booking start day – 100% booking amount will be charged
If cancelled within 48h of the booking start day – 75% booking amount will be charged
If cancelled within 4 days of the booking start day – 50% booking amount will be charged
CANCELLATION CHARGES (FOR SERVICES INCLUDING BANK HOLIDAYS):
If cancelled within 3 days of the booking start day – 100% booking amount will be charged
If cancelled within 5 days of the booking start day – 75% booking amount will be charged
If cancelled within 10 days of the booking start day – 50% booking amount will be charged
OPTIONAL SERVICE CHARGES
MEET & GREET CONSULTATION:
First 45 minutes = FREE
Additional time, per 30min or part thereof = £7.50
KEY COLLECTION:
Within the Introduction Consultation = FREE
Outside the Introduction Consultation = £10
KEY DROP OFF:
At the time of the last visit or walk = FREE
Outside the last visit or walk = £10
DOG WALKS LOG & GPS TRACKING (Doggy Logs App):
GPS Map Tracking + Stools Log = £3.50 per walk
CAT WALKS:
Charged the same as Dog Walking
KITTENS / PUPPIES SITTING UP TO 6 MONTHS:
Daily Visits: same charge as for adult cat and dog
Daily Sittings: £10 extra per day
Live In: £5 extra per night
SMALL PET BOARDING:
Owner will bring the pets and necessary supplies to the sitter’s home
If transportation is required, owner will be quoted and charged for any taxi fees
VISIT EXTRAS:
Bring In the Post = FREE
Watering House Plants = FREE
Emptying the Bins = FREE
Making Sure the Refuse Bin is Out for Collection and Bringing it Back In = FREE
MEDICATION GIVEN:
In food = FREE
Orally = £2 to £5 depending on the difficulty
Injections (Insulin) = £5
BUYING SUPPLIES:
£10 (may vary depending on travel and time involved) + Cost of Supplies
VET VISITS:
Time at Dog/Cat/Other Pet Hourly Rate + £10 + Transports + All Vet Costs
OUT OF HOURS:
Normal Pet Sitting Hours are between 7:30AM to 9PM – a surcharge of £5 per incremental hour will be applied to bookings outside of these times
If public transport is no longer available, taxi charges will be quoted and applied
EMERGENCY REQUEST:
Less than 72h Notice = Extra £15
CHRISTMAS DAY VISITS:
On Christmas day, there is no public transportation available. Taxi charges will be quoted and applied if a visit is required on December 25th.
