“I HAVE THE BEST JOB – A happy dog pouncing into the studio is a sign it’s going to be a great day. From the grand statue of a Great Dane to the petiteness of the teacup Yorkie, I am fascinated by the breeds diversities in both physical character and personality.  I’m inspired by the uninhibited spirit, devotion, joy and happiness that is distinctly canine and I am here to immortalize the goofy smile, the quirky facial expression, the crooked ear, the snaggletooth, the sheen in their fur or the wiggle in their walk that makes your dog uniquely them.”

Regarding her latest project Tails From The Booth, Lynn Terry says:

“I had these old curtains that looked like old photo booth curtains [so] I tested the idea out while working on a calendar for the local rescue featuring their pit bulls, I wasn’t sure it would work sort of boxing them in. So my first plan was to take the photos and apply a vintage look with some antique frames that I had.”

Pepper started suffering from what seemed to be food allergies around the age of 4, we discovered that he had developed chronic pancreatitis with an underlying strong sensitivity to preservatives, processed foods and intensively farmed meat.
The improvements were quick to show after switching to a homemade, fresh, whole, organic diet and wherever possible,
the use of natural remedies.

Prevention is everything when it comes to a dog’s health and wellness.
I took Pepper’s health into my own hands; I began taking courses, reading books, and becoming certified in order to help my boy live better. I started feeding Pepper a home-cooked diet in 2014 and little by little making my own recipes, from mains to treats to birthday cakes. My experience with Pepper’s nutrition and needs brought me to enter an ongoing education in nutrition and natural remedies.

Nutrition is the key for a healthy, happy and long life and I want to share with you my knowledge so that we will help our furry best friends to achieve the best possible life!

Dancers & Dogs started out as a wildly random idea one day in early 2017.

Kelly and Ian are dance photographers specialized in both marketing photography and performance photography.

One day, Kelly had a strange idea:  “What if we did pictures of dancers, with dogs.”
On paper, it was strange and didn’t make sense.  Why dancers and dogs?  But luckily they went with it!
Their first duo was Ericka and Baxter, an English Bulldog, who belongs to a friend.
They captured just the results they were hoping for – clean and elegant pictures, that are sweet and funny.
Ballet is often seen as something unapproachable,
and they felt like this project could help people to see the lighter side of dancers.

The goal:  100 Dancers & 100 Dogs.
The project is still running and we don’t know how long that will take.
But for now we are surely having fun.

So back to, “Why?”
Kelly & Ian: “Well, it’s all about just making people smile.  If we’re doing that, that is all that matters.“
